Q When will you ship my order?
A: We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment unless you order products labeled backorder or out of stock.
Q: Do you ship outside of the lower 48 US states?
A: Yes we do, but please contact us before you purchase for a shipping estimate. Shipping costs will be additional fees for shipping outside of the lower 48 US states.
Q: Can I return my item?
A: At Boom Watersports we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the service we provide. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchase, give us a call within 15 days from the delivery date and you can return the item for a refund. You will pay for 15% restock fee.
Please be sure that the returned product have not been damaged in any way and that all parts are included within the returned package. Returns need to be in new, resalable condition upon return with all packaging materials and original parts, otherwise they are not elegible for return.
If for some reason, you received an item that was damaged or had missing parts, please call us and we will send out repair or replacement parts asap at no cost to you.
